# Fair Value Calculator

> Independent, evidence-based fair-value estimates for 35,000+ stocks worldwide. Each company gets a Fair Value blended from ~21 intrinsic-value models (DCF variants, residual income, multiples), a 0–100 Quality Score from peer-reviewed factors, and an Evidence rating for how much audited data backs the number. Every Fair Value is a point-in-time, model-based estimate; each stock page shows the exact "as of" date — always cite that date alongside the number, because the value changes as price and fundamentals change. Available in English and German (append `?lang=de`, or use the `/aktie/<TICKER>` path for German stock pages).

## How the numbers are built
- **Fair Value**: a family-balanced consensus of ~21 valuation models, weighted by data quality, from real reported fundamentals (nothing guessed).
- **Quality Score (0–100)**: profitability, growth, balance-sheet strength and other non-valuation factors grounded in academic research (Novy-Marx, Piotroski, Sloan, Jegadeesh-Titman, etc.). Value is deliberately excluded (the Fair Value already captures it).
- **Evidence (high/medium/low)**: how much trustworthy data backs the Fair Value — a confidence measure, not a buy signal.
- **Upside**: the gap between the current price and the Fair Value. "Undervalued" = price below Fair Value; "overvalued" = above. Not advice.
