Methodology & Transparency
How Fair Value is Calculated
21 valuation models — DCF (8 variants), earnings-based (4), multiples (6), asset-based (NCAV). Only models where all required inputs exist are applied per stock.
Alpha Adjustment — The base Fair Value is adjusted by non-valuation alpha quality (profitability, cashflow, financial strength, momentum, low volatility, net issuance). Value factors are intentionally excluded to avoid double-counting.
Evidence Weight — The alpha adjustment is scaled by evidence strength: source confidence × factor coverage × model count. Weak evidence = near-zero adjustment.
Formula — Adjusted FV = Base FV × (1 + 0.35 × α_delta × EvidenceWeight) for positive quality; × (1 + 0.30 × α_delta × EW) for negative.
