Vinh Hoan Corporation, together with its subsidiaries, engages in the farming and processing of frozen pangasius products in Vietnam and internationally. It offers pangasius products, including portions, loins, fillets, strips, rolls, and cubes; marinated fish skewers and breaded fish products; fish powder and fins; shrimp chips; noodles and rice paper; drinking water; fully cooked and ready-to-eat fish products; and surimi products, such as fish tofu, crab chunk, crabsticks, and lucky bags, as well as barramundi, rolled shrimp, scallops, and salmon. The company also provides freeze-dried fruits; and frozen fruits and vegetables, such as dragon fruit, mango, melon, and corn. In addition, it offers collagen peptide used in nutraceuticals and cosmeceuticals; and gelatin used in confectionery, dairy, meat industry, desserts, soft capsules, and tablets.
