§ 1 Scope, provider

These Terms apply to the use of fairvalue-calculator.com and the paid "Pro" features. The provider is:

§ 2 Service & clarification (no investment advice)

The service provides automatically calculated metrics, "fair values", quality/evidence ratings and editorial analyses for informational and educational purposes. The service is expressly not investment advice, not investment brokerage, not a licensed investment service within the meaning of the Austrian WAG 2018, and not a buy, hold or sell recommendation. No advisory relationship is established.See the Risk Notice.

§ 3 Conclusion of contract

Registration takes place by creating an account (passwordless via e-mail link). A paid subscription is concluded by clicking the order button in the Stripe checkout. By doing so you accept these Terms and acknowledge the withdrawal notice.

§ 4 Prices and payment

The Pro subscription costs 9,90 € per month incl. statutory VAT. Payment is processed via Stripe and is due at the start of the billing period.

§ 5 Term and cancellation

The subscription runs for an indefinite period and renews automatically for the selected period (monthly) unless cancelled. It can be cancelled at any time effective at the end of the current billing period — easily online via account settings. The right to extraordinary termination remains unaffected.

§ 6 Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a right of withdrawal under the Austrian FAGG (see theRight of Withdrawal). For digital services it may lapse early if you expressly consent to immediate performance and confirm the loss of the withdrawal right.

§ 7 Availability

We aim for high availability but do not owe uninterrupted access (maintenance, security, force majeure).

§ 8 Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent/gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence only for breach of essential contractual duties, limited to foreseeable damage. To the extent legally permitted, no liability is assumed for investment decisions, investment results, the accuracy/completeness/timeliness of the data and calculated values, or resulting financial losses.

§ 9 Usage rights

Content/data may only be used for your own, non-commercial purposes. Systematic scraping, reproduction, redistribution or resale is prohibited without our consent.

§ 10 Changes

We may amend these Terms for the future where objectively justified and reasonable for you; we will notify you in good time in text form.

§ 11 Final provisions

Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected. Should individual provisions be invalid, the remainder stays in force.
