About the company
Axactor ASA, through its subsidiaries, operates as a debt management and collection company in Sweden, Finland, Germany, Italy, Norway, and Spain. It operates through two segments: Non-performing Loans (NPL) and Third-Party Collection (3PC). The NPL segment invests in portfolios of non-performing loans collected through amicable or legal proceedings. The 3PC segment provides debt collection services on behalf of third-party clients, which applies amicable and legal proceedings to collect the non-performing loans. This segment also involved in helping creditors to prepare documentation for future legal proceedings against debtors; and handling of invoices between the invoice date and the default date and sending out reminders. Axactor ASA was incorporated in 1982 and is based in Oslo, Norway.
