The company offers securities and derivatives brokering services for local and foreign investors; securities brokerage, securities trading, investment advisory, underwriting, securities borrowing and lending, private fund management, mutual fund management, and venture capital management services. It also invests in unit trusts; and buys, sells, and exchanges securities. The company was formerly known as Asia Plus Group Holdings Securities Public Company Limited and changed its name to Asia Plus Group Holdings Public Company Limited in July 2015. Asia Plus Group Holdings Public Company Limited was incorporated in 1974 and is based in Bangkok, Thailand.
