The company also holds a 34% stake in a joint venture for the exploration and extraction of other critical minerals, including lithium, alongside Legacy Iron Ore Limited and Hancock Magnetite Holdings Pty Ltd. Hawthorn Resources Limited was incorporated in 1985 and is based in Melbourne, Australia.
