About the company
Solaris Resources Inc. engages in the acquisition, exploration, and development of mineral properties. It focuses on exploring copper, molybdenum molybdenum, gold, lead, zinc, and silver. It owns interests in Warintza project located in southeastern Ecuador in the province of Morona Santiago, Canton Limon Indanza; and the Tamarugo project located in northern Chile. The company also holds interests in the La Verde project located in the Sierra Madre del Sur west of Mexico City in Michoacán State, Mexico; and the Capricho and Paco Orco projects in Peru. In addition, it has an option agreement to acquire up to a 100% interest in 10 new explorations concessions; and has an option to acquire up to a 100% interest in a new portfolio of exploration areas ("Solaris 2") located immediately adjacent to the Warintza Project in southeastern Ecuador.
