What matters now

  • Solid quality (50/100) at a price below fair value, the discount is the argument here, not the business quality.

Analysis

TTEC Holdings Inc (TTEC) currently trades at $1.38, while our model-based Fair Value estimate is $2.19, implying the stock looks roughly 36.9% undervalued today. The Quality Score stands at 50/100 (solid quality), in the Technology sector. Bull case: the Multiples group reads highest at a median of $16.69 per share, and 8 of the 11 models we run sit above the $1.38 price. Bear case: the Growth DCF group reads lowest at $0.2400, and 3 of the 11 models stay below the price. Evidence for this calculation is medium.

Over the trailing twelve months, TTEC Holdings Inc generated revenue of $2.1B at a net margin of −9.6%. Revenue declined 7.1% year over year. Net debt stands at $917M. Fundamentals as of Aug 13, 2026

Our scenario range runs from $2.19 (bear case) to $3.43 (bull case); at $1.38, the current price sits below that range. Bear and bull are the same models run on conservative and optimistic assumptions (margins, growth, valuation multiples), so a plausible valuation range, not a price target. The share trades about 75% below its 52-week high, currently below its 200-day average. For context, the median of 10 Technology peers we cover trades at 69% fair-value upside, at 59%, TTEC screens richer than that median.

Fair Value models

Each model estimates fair value its own way; the Fair Value above is the evidence-weighted, family-balanced blend. Evidence (0–100) measures how completely this model’s inputs are available: well-fed models carry more weight in the blend. The spread across models is intentional, each one stresses a different value driver; dividend models, for instance, come out structurally low when payout is small. Every input is real reported data, nothing guessed.

Model Bear Bear = the cautious scenario: the same model computed with conservative anchors (lower growth, margins and valuation multiples). Together with Bull it frames a plausible valuation range, not a price target.BaseBull Bull = the optimistic scenario: the same model computed with favourable anchors (higher growth, margins and valuation multiples). Together with Bear it frames a plausible valuation range, not a price target. Evidence
