Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the following right of withdrawal under the Austrian Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (FAGG).

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The period is fourteen days from the day of conclusion of the contract.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter or e-mail) of your decision. You may use the model form below but are not required to. To meet the deadline it is sufficient to send your notification before the period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal

We will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and within fourteen days of receiving your notification, using the same means of payment as the original transaction.

Early expiry (digital service)

The right of withdrawal expires early if we began performance after you expressly consented and confirmed that you lose your right of withdrawal upon full performance. If we begin during the period at your request, you owe proportionate compensation upon withdrawal.
