Data deletion

This page explains which data Fair Value Calculator stores about you and how to request its deletion. Every request is completed within 30 days and confirmed by e-mail.

1. Website account

An account consists of your e-mail address, watchlist, settings, notifications and, on Pro, the subscription metadata. To delete it, send an e-mail with the subject "Data deletion" from the address the account was created with to [email protected]. The account and all associated data are then removed completely. Invoice records are kept separately and locked because of the statutory retention obligation (§ 132 Austrian Federal Fiscal Code, seven years).

2. Instagram and Meta

If you comment on one of our Instagram posts or send us a direct message, our Instagram integration (Meta platform) processes your username, your Instagram id and the text of the comment or message in order to reply and send the promised link. Only ids and timestamps are stored so that nobody is messaged twice. These entries are deleted automatically after 90 days.

Earlier deletion: send an e-mail with your Instagram username and the subject "Data deletion Instagram" to [email protected]. We delete every entry for that username within 30 days and confirm by e-mail. You can also remove the connection to our app at any time in your Instagram settings under "Apps and Websites".

3. Connected AI assistants

Connections to ChatGPT, Claude and other assistants can be revoked in your account under "Connected AI assistants". Expired credentials are deleted continuously, audit metadata after 90 days at the latest.
