It holds and develops residential, commercial, and industrial properties; and offers financial services, including hire and industrial purchase, leasing, and term loan for small and medium enterprises. The company operates as a dealer for Mercedes-Benz vehicles and commercial vehicles; and supplies various fertilizers comprising muriate of potash, ammonium sulphate, rock phosphate, kieserite, ammonium chloride, fused magnesium phosphate, phosphorus, potassium fertilizers.
