What matters now

  • The model range is unusually wide (395.81 SAR to 1,306 SAR). The outcome hinges heavily on assumptions, so read the point estimate with caution.
  • The price sits in the lower half of our model range, the side with the larger margin of safety.
  • The data supports the verdict: every model runs on fully documented inputs.

Analysis

Al ELM Information Security Company CJSC (7203) currently trades at 613.50 SAR, while our model-based Fair Value estimate is 531.13 SAR, implying the stock looks roughly 15.5% overvalued today. The Quality Score stands at 75/100 (high quality), in the Technology sector. Bull case: the Growth Earnings group reads highest at a median of 1,004 SAR per share, and 15 of the 26 models we run sit above the 613.50 SAR price. Bear case: the Dividend Discount group reads lowest at 136.71 SAR, and 11 of the 26 models stay below the price. Evidence for this calculation is high.

Over the trailing twelve months, Al ELM Information Security Company CJSC generated revenue of 10.1B SAR at a net margin of 22.4%. Revenue grew 31.7% year over year. It earns a return on equity of 47.7%. Net debt stands at 791M SAR. Fundamentals as of Aug 13, 2026

Our scenario range runs from 395.81 SAR (bear case) to 1,306 SAR (bull case); at 613.50 SAR, the current price sits within that range. Bear and bull are the same models run on conservative and optimistic assumptions (margins, growth, valuation multiples), so a plausible valuation range, not a price target. The share trades about 36% below its 52-week high and 22% above its 52-week low, currently below its 200-day average. For context, the median of 10 Technology peers we cover trades at 69% fair-value upside, at −13%, 7203 screens richer than that median.

Fair Value models

This estimate rests on fiscal year 2025 figures, and about 8 months have passed since. In that time the company retained roughly 13.37 SAR per share, which is 2.5 % of the fair value. The fair value deliberately does not add this in: the models value reported figures, not a projection.

Each model estimates fair value its own way; the Fair Value above is the evidence-weighted, family-balanced blend. Evidence (0–100) measures how completely this model’s inputs are available: well-fed models carry more weight in the blend. The spread across models is intentional, each one stresses a different value driver; dividend models, for instance, come out structurally low when payout is small. Every input is real reported data, nothing guessed.

Model Bear Bear = the cautious scenario: the same model computed with conservative anchors (lower growth, margins and valuation multiples). Together with Bull it frames a plausible valuation range, not a price target.BaseBull Bull = the optimistic scenario: the same model computed with favourable anchors (higher growth, margins and valuation multiples). Together with Bear it frames a plausible valuation range, not a price target. Evidence
