AP (Thailand) Public Company Limited, together with its subsidiaries, engages in the provision of real estate development business in Thailand. It operates through three segments: Low"Rise, High"Rise, and Other. The Low"Rise segment is involved in the development of single detached houses and townhouses. The High"Rise segment develops condominiums. The Other segment provides after-sales, property brokerage, and construction services. The company was formerly known as Asian Property Development Public Company Limited and changed its name to AP (Thailand) Public Company Limited in May 2013. AP (Thailand) Public Company Limited was founded in 1984 and is based in Bangkok, Thailand.
