Century Lithium Corp., an exploration and development-stage company, engages in the identification, acquisition, exploration, evaluation, and development of lithium and other mineral properties in the United States. The company holds 100% interests in the Angel Island lithium project, including the Dean, Glory, and Enertopia properties, consisting of 503 unpatented lode and placer mining claims covering an area of approximately 2,286 hectares located in Clayton Valley in Esmeralda County, Nevada; and 100% in the Goat claims consisting of 24 unpatented mining claims comprising an area of approximately 480 contiguous acres located in Clayton Valley, Nevada. It also holds 49% interest in the Gunman project located in White Pine County, Nevada. The company was formerly known as Cypress Development Corp. and changed its name to Century Lithium Corp. in January 2023. Century Lithium Corp. was incorporated in 1991 and is headquartered in Vancouver, Canada.
