Its projects include Shiloh Project located approximately 110 km south-west from Atlanta, Georgia, the United States; Alpha Project, a Brazilian Ionic Clay (IAC) project located in Bahia, Brazil; and Constellation Project, an ionic clay rare earth project located in the Poços de Caldas region of Minas Gerais, Brazil. The company also holds interest in the Homer Project that hosts multiple large carbonatite clusters with potential for rare earth minerals and niobium located in Goiás, Brazil, as well as Liberty Peak property located in Georgia, United States. The company was founded in 2025 and is based in Manchester, Georgia.
