APAC Realty Limited, an investment holding company, provides real estate services in Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam, and internationally. It operates in three segments: Real Estate Brokerage Income; Rental Income; and Others. It also holds the ERA regional master franchise rights for 17 countries and territories in the Asia Pacific.
