About the company
Golden Energy Offshore Services ASA, together with its subsidiaries, owns and operates as a fully integrated shipowner and operator of modern, high-specification offshore service vessels for the global oil and gas service industry in the North Sea, the Caribbean, and internationally. The company also owns, operates, and charters out a fleet of offshore service vessels, including Platform Supply Vessels (PSVs), Multipurpose Support Vessels (MPSVs), Inspection, Maintenance and Repair vessels, and subsea support vessels. Its services include in-house vessel operations, technical management, crewing, quality, health, safety and environmental (QHSE) management, accounting, commercial/chartering services, and new building supervision. The company was incorporated in 2013 and is headquartered in Ålesund, Norway.
