It sells its products through retail terminals, such as pharmacies, supermarkets, and maternity and baby stores, as well as distributors; and e-commerce platforms comprising Tmall, JD.com, Vipshop, Douyin, and Kuaishou. The company was formerly known as Guangdong By-Health Biotechnology Co., Ltd. and changed its name to Byhealth Co., Ltd in April 2012. Byhealth Co., Ltd was incorporated in 1995 and is based in Guangzhou, China.
