In addition, it holds a 100% interest in the Brazil Lithium project, covering an area of 472 square kilometers located in Minas Gerais, eastern Brazil. The company was formerly known as Alderan Resources Limited and changed its name to Hawk Resources Limited in November 2024. The company was incorporated in 2013 and is based in Melbourne, Australia.
