It is also involved in the purchase, sale, import, export, processing, preparation, and marketing of rice and other food and agricultural products. The company was formerly known as SOS Corporacion Alimentaria SA and changed its name to Deoleo, S.A. in June 2011. The company was incorporated in 1955 and is headquartered in Rivas-Vaciamadrid, Spain. Deoleo, S.A. is a subsidiary of CVC Capital Partners PLC.
