The company's products include Zevor-cel (CT053) for the treatment of relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma. It is also developing autologous CAR-T product candidates, including CT041, which targets Claudin 18.2, is in phase II/III clinical trial for gastric/gastroesophageal junction cancer and pancreatic cancer, as well as in phase I clinical trial for gastric or pancreatic cancer; CT011, which is in phase I clinical trial to treat hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC); and CT071, that is in Phase I clinical trial for the treatment of relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma, relapsed/refractory primary plasma cell leukemia, relapsed/refractory plasma cell leukemia, and newly diagnosed multiple myeloma. In addition, it is developing CT0590 and CT0596, which target B-cell maturation antigen and are in phase I clinical trial for the treatment of R/R MM, PCL; KJ-C2219, which is in phase I for the treatment of B-cell malignancies, systemic lupus erythematosus, and systemic sclerosis; and KJ-C2320 for acute myeloid leukemia (AML) that is in phase I. Further, the company develops KJ-C2526, which is in the pre-clinical stage to treat AML, other malignancies, and senescence; KJ-C2527, which is in the pre-clinical stage to treat gastric cancer; CT1390B, which is in the pre-clinical stage to treat AML; and KJ-C2529, which is in the pre-clinical stage to treat B-cell malignancies. Additionally, it engages in drug research and development, manufacture and import and export handling business. The company was founded in 2014 and is headquartered in Shanghai, China.
