What matters now
- The large discount to fair value meets weak quality (26/100). That raises the risk this is a value trap rather than a bargain.
- A fairly wide model range (₹3.29 to ₹6.73) leaves room in how you read the outcome.

Analysis
Sarveshwar Foods Limited (SARVESHWAR) currently trades at ₹3.41, while our model-based Fair Value estimate is ₹4.98, implying the stock looks roughly 46.0% undervalued today. The Quality Score stands at 26/100 (below-average quality), in the Consumer Defensive sector. Bull case: trading below our estimate, it may offer upside if the fundamentals hold. Bear case: a low price can be a value trap when quality is weak or the data is thin (evidence: high), always confirm before acting.

Our scenario range runs from ₹3.29 (bear case) to ₹6.73 (bull case); at ₹3.41, the current price sits within that range. Bear and bull are the same models run on conservative and optimistic assumptions (margins, growth, valuation multiples), so a plausible valuation range, not a price target. The share trades about 59% below its 52-week high and 36% above its 52-week low, currently below its 200-day average. For context, the median of 10 Consumer Defensive peers we cover trades at -14% fair-value upside, at 46%, SARVESHWAR screens cheaper than that median.
Fair Value models
Each model estimates fair value its own way; the Fair Value above is the evidence-weighted blend. Evidence (0–100) measures how completely this model’s inputs are available: well-fed models carry more weight in the blend. The spread across models is intentional, each one stresses a different value driver; dividend models, for instance, come out structurally low when payout is small.
All 15 models by family
Widest divergence: DCF Models (₹8.60) versus Asset-Based (₹2.60). Highest evidence: ROIC Compounder (72).
