Seri Industrial S.p.A., through its subsidiaries, engages in the production and recycling of plastic materials for battery, automotive, hydro-thermo-sanitary, civil, and shipbuilding markets. The company was formerly known as K.R.Energy S.p.A. Seri Industrial S.p.A. was founded in 1999 and is based in San Potito Sannitico, Italy. Seri Industrial S.p.A. operates as a subsidiary of S.E.R.I. S.p.A.
