The company was formerly known as Taiwan Oasis Co., Ltd. and changed its name to Taiwan Oasis Technology Co., Ltd. in August 2001. Taiwan Oasis Technology Co., Ltd. was incorporated in 1974 and is headquartered in New Taipei City, Taiwan.
