CIAN Agro Industries & Infrastructure Limited engages in the refining of crude oil for edible use, distribution of FMCG products, trading of healthcare products, and infrastructure development in India. The company operates through Agro Manufacturing, Agro Trading, Infrastructure, and Health Care divisions. It also offers refined soybean oil, soybean meals/de-oiled cakes, and refined rice bran oil and sunflower oil. The company markets its edible oils in India, and de-oiled cakes in India and internationally; and offers its soybean, ricebran, and sunflower oil under the Amrutdhara brand. In addition, it trades in rice, spices, bio-fertilizers, edible oil, and sugar, as well as exports rice to West Africa, the Middle East, and Russia; and distributes endovascular medical stents and other surgical products. The company also engages in erection and commissioning of industrial units. The company was formerly known as Umred Agro Complex Limited and changed its name to CIAN Agro Industries & Infrastructure Limited in December 2015. CIAN Agro Industries & Infrastructure Limited was incorporated in 1985 and is headquartered in Nagpur, India.
