About the company
Cambridge Capital Holdings, Inc., through its subsidiaries, owns and conducts gold mining operations in Canada. The company holds interests in the Dryup Gulch gold mine located northeast of Quesnel, British Columbia; and the Matson Creek gold mine consisting of 357 claims and 26 lode claims, and the Maisy Mae gold mine comprising 135 claims located in the Yukon Territory. It also purchases and sells real estate for investment and/or development purposes. The company was formerly known as JB Oxford Holdings, Inc. and changed its name to Cambridge Capital Holdings, Inc. in April 2006. The company was founded in 1987 and is based in Sherman Oaks, California.
