It also provides bipolar junction, SCR, and high voltage rectifier diode/HVRD. In addition, the company is involved in the chip processing, packaging testing, and product marketing activities. The company's products are used in the automotive electronics, power electronics, photovoltaic inverters, industrial control and LED lighting, new energy vehicles, photovoltaics, and frequency conversion and other strategic emerging fields. The company was founded in 1965 and is based in Jilin, China.
