Its quartz frequency control components, including quartz crystals, crystal oscillators, VCXO, VCTCXO and TCXO, OCXO, QCM, equipment, mini ovens, and timing modules. The company also manufactures and sells crystal related products and equipment; frequency control components, sensors, electronic measuring instruments, instrument and system design; general instruments; frequency control components, and other electrical engineering and electronic machinery equipment, as well as engages in the provision of wholesale and retail of electronic materials; and trading business. It serves automotive, consumer electronics, information technology, and telecommunication industries. The company was founded in 1976 and is headquartered in New Taipei City, Taiwan.
