The company holds 100% interests in the Yambat Project, which includes the Oval Cu-Ni-PGE and Copper Ridge Cu-Au project that consists of one tenement located in the Yambat, Yesonbulag and Taishir sub provinces, Gobi-Altai Province; the Khukh Tag graphite project, which consists of one tenement situated in the Khukh Tag, Undurshil sub-province, Dundgovi province; and the Tsagaan Ders lithium project that consists of two tenements located in the Tsagaan Ders, Khuld sub-province, and Dundgovi province. The company was formerly known as Asian Battery Metals PLC and changed its name to Azzuro Resources PLC in May 2026. Azzuro Resources PLC was incorporated in 1999 and is based in Perth, Australia.
