It holds a 100% interest in the Standby gold project comprising 19 unpatented lode mineral claims, located in Black Hills, South Dakota; and Standby property that consist of 9 patented lode mineral claims located in the Rochford Mining District. It also holds an option agreement to acquire mineral claims in the Rett Property, located in the Onion Lake area of the Thunder Bay Mining Division, in northwestern Ontario, approximately 31 kilometers northeast of the city of Thunder Bay. The company was formerly known as Mineral Mountain Resources Ltd. and changed its name to Badlands Resources Inc. in November 2023. Badlands Resources Inc. was incorporated in 2006 and is headquartered in Vancouver, Canada.
