About the company
Cue Biopharma, Inc., a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company, develops a novel class of injectable therapeutics to selectively engage and modulate targeted, disease relevant T cells in the United States. Its lead drug product candidate is the CUE-401, a bifunctional fusion protein designed to promote immune tolerance by inducing iTregs from Teff cells which is in preclinical trial; and CUE-501, a treatment of autoimmune disease via anti-viral T cell-mediated depletion of B cells.
