It is involved in the decommissioning; financing and servicing; distribution, transportation, and trade; gas trading; and risk mitigation activities. The company was formerly known as Chrysaor Holdings Limited and changed its name to Harbour Energy plc in March 2021. The company was incorporated in 2002 and is headquartered in London, the United Kingdom.
