Analysis
Koninklijke KPN N.V (KPN) currently trades at €4.07, while our model-based Fair Value estimate is €3.77, implying the stock looks roughly 7.4% fairly valued today. We read business quality at 54/100 (solid quality), in the Communication Services sector. Bear case: priced above our estimate, the market already discounts strong expectations. Bull case: above-average quality can justify a premium, the entry price still matters most (evidence: high).
Over the trailing twelve months, Koninklijke KPN N.V generated revenue of €5.8B at a net margin of 15.2%. Revenue grew 2.2% year over year. It earns a return on equity of 23.3%. Net debt stands at €8.1B. Fundamentals as of Jul 16, 2026
Our scenario range runs from €2.51 (bear case) to €6.23 (bull case); at €4.07, the current price sits within that range. Bear and bull are the same models run on conservative and optimistic assumptions (margins, growth, valuation multiples), so a plausible valuation range, not a price target. The share trades about 15% below its 52-week high and 11% above its 52-week low, currently below its 200-day average. For context, the median of 10 Communication Services peers we cover trades at 32% fair-value upside, at -7%, KPN screens richer than that median.
Fair Value models
Each model estimates fair value its own way; the Fair Value above is the evidence-weighted blend. Evidence (0–100) measures how completely this model’s inputs are available: well-fed models carry more weight in the blend. The spread across models is intentional, each one stresses a different value driver; dividend models, for instance, come out structurally low when payout is small.

Widest divergence: Multiples (€3.85) versus Asset-Based (€0.4500). Highest evidence: Growth DCF (80).
