The company was formerly known as Mid-Day Multimedia Limited and changed its name to Next Mediaworks Limited in April 2011. Next Mediaworks Limited was incorporated in 1981 and is based in New Delhi, India. Next Mediaworks Limited is a subsidiary of HT Media Limited.
