The company was formerly known as Premier Energy Cyprus Limited and changed its name to Premier Energy PLC in March 2021. Premier Energy PLC was incorporated in 2012 and is based in Nicosia, Cyprus. Premier Energy PLC is a subsidiary of Emma Alpha Holding Limited.
