What matters now
- Weak quality (28/100) and above fair value at the same time, the margin of safety is missing on both counts.
- The model range is unusually wide (₹27.97 to ₹76.07). The outcome hinges heavily on assumptions, so read the point estimate with caution.

Analysis
Tembo Global Industries Limited (TEMBO) currently trades at ₹60.35, while our model-based Fair Value estimate is ₹37.91, implying the stock looks roughly 37.2% overvalued today. The Quality Score stands at 28/100 (below-average quality), in the Industrials sector. Bear case: priced above our estimate, the market already discounts strong expectations. Bull case: above-average quality can justify a premium, the entry price still matters most (evidence: high).
Over the trailing twelve months, Tembo Global Industries Limited generated revenue of ₹10.9B at a net margin of 8.4%. Revenue grew 26.3% year over year. It earns a return on equity of 27.7%. Net debt stands at ₹2.6B. Fundamentals as of Aug 13, 2026
Our scenario range runs from ₹27.97 (bear case) to ₹76.07 (bull case); at ₹60.35, the current price sits within that range. Bear and bull are the same models run on conservative and optimistic assumptions (margins, growth, valuation multiples), so a plausible valuation range, not a price target. For context, the median of 10 Industrials peers we cover trades at -59% fair-value upside, at -37%, TEMBO screens cheaper than that median.
Fair Value models
Each model estimates fair value its own way; the Fair Value above is the evidence-weighted blend. Evidence (0–100) measures how completely this model’s inputs are available: well-fed models carry more weight in the blend. The spread across models is intentional, each one stresses a different value driver; dividend models, for instance, come out structurally low when payout is small.
All 17 models by family
Widest divergence: Growth Earnings (₹282.72) versus Dividend Discount (₹3.04). Highest evidence: Residual Income (76).
