Southern Packaging Group Limited, an investment holding company, engages in the manufacture and trading of flexible and rigid packaging products in the People's Republic of China, Australia, Thailand, the Philippines, and internationally. It operates through the Flexible Packaging, Rigid Packaging, and Property Development segments. The Flexible Packaging segment manufactures plastic packaging bags for the pharmaceutical industry, food and beverage industry and hygiene industry. Its Rigid Packaging segment manufactures polyethylene terephthalate (PET) bottles together for pharmaceutical industry, food and beverage, and hygiene industry. The Property Development segment develops and holds properties for sale. The company was founded in 1981 and is headquartered in Foshan, the People's Republic of China.
