The company operates through six segments: Real Estate Brokerage Services (Residential), Franchising Services, Coaching Services, Property Management, Real Estate Brokerage Services (Commercial), and Title Settlement and Insurance. It is involved in the residential and commercial real estate brokerage business; delivery of coaching services to its brokers and franchisee's brokers; franchising of real estate brokerage agencies; and property management services to single-family residential properties, as well as providing title services related to real estate transactions. La Rosa Holdings Corp. was founded in 2004 and is based in Celebration, Florida.
