Below-average quality, screening 96% undervalued on our models.
What matters now
- The large discount to fair value meets weak quality (38/100). That raises the risk this is a value trap rather than a bargain.
- The price is below even our cautious bear case (kr 219.00). The market is more pessimistic than our downside scenario.
- For a financial, book-value and earnings-based methods matter more than a cash-flow DCF, which fits banks and insurers poorly.

Analysis
Rogaland Sparebank, an independent savings bank, (ROGS) currently trades at kr 149.00, while our model-based Fair Value estimate is kr 292.00, implying the stock looks roughly 96.0% undervalued today. The Quality Score stands at 38/100 (below-average quality), in the Financial Services sector. Bull case: trading below our estimate, it may offer upside if the fundamentals hold. Bear case: a low price can be a value trap when quality is weak or the data is thin (evidence: medium), always confirm before acting.
Over the trailing twelve months, Rogaland Sparebank, an independent savings bank, generated revenue of 933M NOK at a net margin of 45.6%. Revenue declined 15.3% year over year. It earns a return on equity of 10.6%. Net debt stands at 20.1B NOK. Fundamentals as of Jul 15, 2026
Our scenario range runs from kr 219.00 (bear case) to kr 365.00 (bull case); at kr 149.00, the current price sits below that range. Bear and bull are the same models run on conservative and optimistic assumptions (margins, growth, valuation multiples), so a plausible valuation range, not a price target. The share trades about 4% below its 52-week high and 21% above its 52-week low, currently above its 200-day average. For context, the median of 10 Financial Services peers we cover trades at 42% fair-value upside, at 96%, ROGS screens cheaper than that median.
Fair Value models
Each model estimates fair value its own way; the Fair Value above is the evidence-weighted blend. Evidence (0–100) measures how completely this model’s inputs are available: well-fed models carry more weight in the blend. The spread across models is intentional, each one stresses a different value driver; dividend models, for instance, come out structurally low when payout is small.
All 6 models by family
Widest divergence: Multiples (kr 270.10) versus Asset-Based (kr 132.19). Highest evidence: Residual Income (76).
