The company is involved in aerospace, industrial, and renewable energy; and provision of power and construction tools. It provides auto components for two-wheeler, three-wheeler, passenger vehicles, commercial vehicles, and tractors sectors. The company was founded in 1999 and is headquartered in Gurugram, India.
