What matters now

  • The large discount to fair value meets weak quality (37/100). That raises the risk this is a value trap rather than a bargain.
  • The model range is unusually wide (€0.2900 to €0.8500). The outcome hinges heavily on assumptions, so read the point estimate with caution.
  • The large gap to fair value rests on thin data (low evidence): fewer applicable models and a shorter history. Read it with extra caution.

Analysis

Triboo S.p.A (TB) currently trades at €0.3560, while our model-based Fair Value estimate is €0.5700, implying the stock looks roughly 60.1% undervalued today. The Quality Score stands at 37/100 (below-average quality), in the Communication Services sector. Bull case: trading below our estimate, it may offer upside if the fundamentals hold. Bear case: a low price can be a value trap when quality is weak or the data is thin (evidence: low), always confirm before acting.

Over the trailing twelve months, Triboo S.p.A generated revenue of €56.3M at a net margin of -15.5%. Revenue declined 18.0% year over year. It earns a return on equity of -36.5%. Net debt stands at €15.5M. Fundamentals as of Jul 25, 2026

Our scenario range runs from €0.2900 (bear case) to €0.8500 (bull case); at €0.3560, the current price sits within that range. Bear and bull are the same models run on conservative and optimistic assumptions (margins, growth, valuation multiples), so a plausible valuation range, not a price target. The share trades about 38% below its 52-week high and 27% above its 52-week low, currently below its 200-day average. For context, the median of 10 Communication Services peers we cover trades at -1% fair-value upside, at 60%, TB screens cheaper than that median.

Fair Value models

Each model estimates fair value its own way; the Fair Value above is the evidence-weighted blend. Evidence (0–100) measures how completely this model’s inputs are available: well-fed models carry more weight in the blend. The spread across models is intentional, each one stresses a different value driver; dividend models, for instance, come out structurally low when payout is small.

Model Bear Bear = the cautious scenario: the same model computed with conservative anchors (lower growth, margins and valuation multiples). Together with Bull it frames a plausible valuation range, not a price target.BaseBull Bull = the optimistic scenario: the same model computed with favourable anchors (higher growth, margins and valuation multiples). Together with Bear it frames a plausible valuation range, not a price target. Evidence

How we calculate Fair Value

A separate quality layer scores the fundamentals. Every input is real reported data, nothing guessed.
