The company was formerly known as Mayer Holdings Limited and changed its name to Huiyuan Cowins Technology Group Limited in May 2025. Huiyuan Cowins Technology Group Limited was incorporated in 2003 and is headquartered in Causeway Bay, Hong Kong.
