What matters now

  • The model range is unusually wide ($15.15 to $48.14). The outcome hinges heavily on assumptions, so read the point estimate with caution.
  • Solid quality (56/100) at a price below fair value, the discount is the argument here, not the business quality.

Analysis

Embotelladora Andina S.A (AKO-A) currently trades at $23.99, while our model-based Fair Value estimate is $30.50, implying the stock looks roughly 27.1% undervalued today. The Quality Score stands at 56/100 (solid quality), in the Consumer Defensive sector. Bull case: trading below our estimate, it may offer upside if the fundamentals hold. Bear case: a low price can be a value trap when quality is weak or the data is thin (evidence: high), always confirm before acting.

Over the trailing twelve months, Embotelladora Andina S.A generated revenue of $3.4T at a net margin of 8.5%. Revenue grew 4.1% year over year. It earns a return on equity of 23.5%. Net debt stands at $864B. Fundamentals as of Jul 5, 2026

Our scenario range runs from $15.15 (bear case) to $48.14 (bull case); at $23.99, the current price sits within that range. Bear and bull are the same models run on conservative and optimistic assumptions (margins, growth, valuation multiples), so a plausible valuation range, not a price target. The share trades about 9% below its 52-week high and 43% above its 52-week low, currently above its 200-day average. For context, the median of 10 Consumer Defensive peers we cover trades at -14% fair-value upside, at 27%, AKO-A screens cheaper than that median.

Fair Value models

Each model estimates fair value its own way; the Fair Value above is the evidence-weighted blend. Evidence (0–100) measures how completely this model’s inputs are available: well-fed models carry more weight in the blend. The spread across models is intentional, each one stresses a different value driver; dividend models, for instance, come out structurally low when payout is small.
