What matters now

Analysis

Banner Corporation (BANR) currently trades at $70.67, while our model-based Fair Value estimate is $74.74, implying the stock looks roughly 5.8% fairly valued today. The Quality Score stands at 66/100 (solid quality), in the Financial Services sector. Bull case: trading below our estimate, it may offer upside if the fundamentals hold. Bear case: a low price can be a value trap when quality is weak or the data is thin (evidence: high), always confirm before acting.

Over the trailing twelve months, Banner Corporation generated revenue of $661M at a net margin of 31.0%. Revenue grew 8.3% year over year. It earns a return on equity of 10.8%. Net debt stands at $190M. Fundamentals as of Jul 15, 2026

Our scenario range runs from $56.05 (bear case) to $93.42 (bull case); at $70.67, the current price sits within that range. Bear and bull are the same models run on conservative and optimistic assumptions (margins, growth, valuation multiples), so a plausible valuation range, not a price target. The share trades near its 52-week high and 25% above its 52-week low, currently above its 200-day average. For context, the median of 10 Financial Services peers we cover trades at 42% fair-value upside, at 6%, BANR screens richer than that median.

Fair Value models

Each model estimates fair value its own way; the Fair Value above is the evidence-weighted blend. Evidence (0–100) measures how completely this model’s inputs are available: well-fed models carry more weight in the blend. The spread across models is intentional, each one stresses a different value driver; dividend models, for instance, come out structurally low when payout is small.

How we calculate Fair Value

A separate quality layer scores the fundamentals. Every input is real reported data, nothing guessed.
