The Development segment develops inner-city mixed-use developments, apartments, retail, commercial assets and social and economic infrastructure. The Construction segment provides project management, design and construction services, primarily in the commercial, mixed use, data centres, defence and social infrastructure sectors. The Capital Release Unit segment offers overseas construction operations and development projects; retirement assets; US military housing business; Australian communities projects; and engineering and services projects. The company was founded in 1958 and is headquartered in Barangaroo, Australia.
