It focuses on the high-end corporate building and shopping center segments, with investments in the states of São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro. Currently, it has 192,017 square meters of leasable area in operation. With over 18 years of experience in the sector, the Company is the result of the 2007 spin-off of Cyrela Brazil Realty's commercial real estate activities and consistently delivers solid results in both growth and profitability. Its experience ensures a low vacant rate and high profitability. It is listed in the New Market segment of B3 (Brazil, Stock Exchange, Over the Counter), where its shares are traded under the symbol SYNE3, and is committed to its stakeholders by following best Corporate Governance practices. ASYN is committed to the best sustainability practices. Since 2007, it has become a founding member of the Green Building Council Brazil (GBCBrasil), an institution that promotes sustainable construction in the country and supports the transformation of the entire production chain in the sector. All projects managed by SYN meet strict social responsibility criteria, environmental, with several of these projects committed to obtaining and maintaining FEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification, awarded by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) and recognized worldwide as a benchmark for measuring low environmental impact buildings that ensure healthy occupancy conditions. Syn Prop & Tech S.A. was incorporated in 1962 in Brazil.
