From 1 valuation models · updated 2 days ago

Fair value updated Aug 13, 2026, revised from HK$0.0422 to HK$0.0419 (−0.7%) since Aug 2, 2026. Share price −23.1% over the past month.

A solid business, but screening 30% overvalued on our models.

What matters now

  • The price sits above even our optimistic bull case (HK$0.0537). The favourable scenario is already priced in.
  • The large gap to fair value rests on thin data (low evidence): fewer applicable models and a shorter history. Read it with extra caution.
  • Solid but not exceptional quality (60/100) and above fair value, neither a clear bargain nor a standout compounder.

Our scenario range runs from HK$0.0360 (bear case) to HK$0.0537 (bull case); at HK$0.0600, the current price sits above that range. Fair Value models

Each model estimates fair value its own way; the Fair Value above is the evidence-weighted blend. Evidence (0–100) measures how completely this model’s inputs are available: well-fed models carry more weight in the blend. The spread across models is intentional, each one stresses a different value driver; dividend models, for instance, come out structurally low when payout is small.

Model Bear Bear = the cautious scenario: the same model computed with conservative anchors (lower growth, margins and valuation multiples). Together with Bull it frames a plausible valuation range, not a price target.BaseBull Bull = the optimistic scenario: the same model computed with favourable anchors (higher growth, margins and valuation multiples).
