It also offers VHMTM series, a DRAM working with SoC through WoW 3D stacking technology, including VHMStack and VHMInterposer; and S-SiCap interposer IP for computing and AI applications, as well as wearable devices and smart homes. In addition, the company provides product design and R&D technical services. AP Memory Technology Corporation was incorporated in 2011 and is headquartered in Zhubei, Taiwan.
