From 4 valuation models · updated 22 days ago

Fair value updated Jul 19, 2026, revised from 21.00 THB to 21.15 THB (+0.7%) since Jun 25, 2026.

Below-average quality, screening 84% undervalued on our models.

What matters now

  • The large discount to fair value meets weak quality (28/100). That raises the risk this is a value trap rather than a bargain.
  • The model range is unusually wide (9.40 THB to 36.26 THB). The outcome hinges heavily on assumptions, so read the point estimate with caution.
  • The large gap to fair value rests on thin data (low evidence): fewer applicable models and a shorter history. Read it with extra caution.

Analysis

Dusit Thani Public Company (DUSIT) currently trades at 11.50 THB, while our model-based Fair Value estimate is 21.15 THB, implying the stock looks roughly 83.9% undervalued today. The Quality Score stands at 28/100 (below-average quality), in the Consumer Cyclical sector. Bull case: trading below our estimate, it may offer upside if the fundamentals hold. Bear case: a low price can be a value trap when quality is weak or the data is thin (evidence: low), always confirm before acting.

Over the trailing twelve months, Dusit Thani Public Company generated revenue of 8.9B THB at a net margin of -5.1%. Revenue declined 48.3% year over year. It earns a return on equity of -5.5%. Net debt stands at 25.0B THB. Fundamentals as of Jul 19, 2026

Our scenario range runs from 9.40 THB (bear case) to 36.26 THB (bull case); at 11.50 THB, the current price sits within that range. Bear and bull are the same models run on conservative and optimistic assumptions (margins, growth, valuation multiples), so a plausible valuation range, not a price target. The share trades about 31% below its 52-week high and 53% above its 52-week low, currently above its 200-day average. For context, the median of 10 Consumer Cyclical peers we cover trades at -62% fair-value upside, at 84%, DUSIT screens cheaper than that median.

Fair Value models

Each model estimates fair value its own way; the Fair Value above is the evidence-weighted blend. Evidence (0–100) measures how completely this model’s inputs are available: well-fed models carry more weight in the blend. The spread across models is intentional, each one stresses a different value driver; dividend models, for instance, come out structurally low when payout is small.

Model Bear Bear = the cautious scenario: the same model computed with conservative anchors (lower growth, margins and valuation multiples). Together with Bull it frames a plausible valuation range, not a price target.BaseBull Bull = the optimistic scenario: the same model computed with favourable anchors (higher growth, margins and valuation multiples). A separate quality layer scores the fundamentals. Every input is real reported data, nothing guessed.
